- Your radiators are leaking.
- Some of your radiators are either partially or completely cold.
Eckermann Heating & Cooling service contracts:
where prevention is your best option
If you have an existing hydronic boiler system, it’s important that you have it properly serviced on a regular basis. Proper maintenance includes having an expert visit your home to inspect the entire system on an annual basis.
During these visits we will check and adjust gas pressure, test water ph, check water pressure, test the thermostat and thoroughly inspect all aspects of the heating system.
We also recommend that your entire system be ‘power flushed’ on a regular basis as it is the most efficient and effective method of cleansing a hydronic central heating system. The principle is to create a powerful fresh water flow under controlled conditions to remove debris from the system. By connecting the power flushing unit to the heating circuit in place of the system pump, boiler or radiator the circuit can be thoroughly cleansed of limescale and corrosion debris.
Other benefits of a regular Power Flush are
- Cures flow and circulation problems.
- Restores system efficiency.
- Restores heat output to radiators and floors.
- Cleans the whole system.
- Prevents and cures boiler noise
