Completed in 2019 by Aztec Construction, Good House 13 is heated and cooled by a high efficiency Technibel reverse cycle heat pump. 146m2 of Rehau hydronic pipes installed in the polished concrete slabs keep the house warm in winter and cool in summer. The efficient design of GH13 combined with the Techinbel heat pump allow the house to be heated by only 2Kw per hr. The LG solar system easily offsets the 2Kw demand even in the depths of winter providing a truly suitable, energy efficient solution.
