Built by Aztec construction with handover in 2020, Good House 31 has a 106m2 exposed aggregate polished concrete floor. Water heated by a Daikin Altherma Heat Pump is pumped through Rehau heating pipes embedded in the polished concrete slab. The in-slab hydronic system provides an unsurpassed level of comfort and efficiency throughout winter.

Domestic hot water is produced by a Sanden high temperature heat pump. The Sanden system produces 315L of 65 degree water from only 2.5kw of electricity.
