Project Scope and Design

  • 5 Star Property Maintenance contracted Eckermann Heating & Cooling to design and install a customised and sustainable heating solution for both the Gelato Shop and restaurant
  • As the Gelato shop and the restaurant are across two tennancy's Eckermann allowed for two seperate hydronic systems for each tennancy allowing them to work both simultaneously or seperately from each other

Project outcome

The Gelato Store was commissioned in Jan 24 with the Restaurant due to be open mid 2024. By meeting these objectives, underfloor heating and cooling systems can significantly enhance the operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainability of a restaurant.
