Description

Completed in 2019 by Klemm homes this 350m² Hahndorf residence is heated and cooled by a 25Kw high efficiency Technibel heat pump. The polished concrete floors are toasty warm in winter and cool in summer providing a comfortable environment all year round.

The swimming pool heating is seamlessly integrated with the underfloor system eliminating the need for a second heat pump, providing a cost-effective pool heating solution.
