Completed by Build Inc in 2018 this Leabrook residence has 163m² of Rehau on slab tacker sheet underfloor heating throughout the polished concrete areas. The on-slab Tacker system provides a fully insulated solution for hydronic floor heating. A 25mm insulation panel is installed on top of a structural slab. The 16mm Rehau heating pipe is then stapled to the insulation and a polished concrete topping slab poured over the top. The insulated Tacker sheet system combined with the efficiency of the Technibel heat pump provides a highly efficient and effective heating and cooling solution.
